A Taste of what’s possible

Fuelled by having a family of five kids to run and the need to fund Simon’s jet set lifestyle Craig has set new turnover records in Peacehaven in every month but August.

Despite the hot summer even June and July where records.

 

So what’s his secret?

Craig and Simon talk about three vital ingredients:

  1. Full on no expense spared marketing, including leaflets every month, facebook advertising, shop windows etc … Every possible strategy invested in to the maximum
  2. Recruiting and paying a senior member of Staff to run the van and ‘do the work’
  3. Getting off the tools and concentrating on quotes and follow ups

So if this is the key why are we all not doing it?

Maybe the answer is Fear?

Fear that the marketing spend won’t work and the money will be wasted.

Fear that the Staff will wreck your business.

Fear you will have a belly like Simon’s if you come of the tools.
